- PORTLAND CEMENT WITH ADDITION OF ELECTROFILTER DUST
no. 128 206 / 28.04.2017
The patent is subject to performing of a sort of Portland cement with addition of electrostatic precipitator dust generated in the manufacturing process of the clinker resulted as consequence of dedusting the gases exhausted from the installation of raw materials grinding and that of sintering. Physical-mechanical characteristics of electrostatic precipitator dust allow its reintroduction in cement manufacturing flow as addition at clinker grinding. The cement is obtained by concomitant grinding, as consequence of dosing in different proportions, of the clinker, blast granulated slag, gypsum and electrostatic precipitator dust up to a fineness – expressed by residue on the sieve of 90µm – of about 1.5%. The new sort has upper mechanical performances in comparison with the cement without addition of electrostatic precipitator dust.
- METHOD OF OBTAINING PORTLAND CLINKER WITH LOW CALORIC CONSUMPTION
no. 127 510/ 28.04.2017
The patent is subject to the obtaining of a clinker of Portland cement with low consumption of thermal energy, through the additive of raw mix with a combination of mineralizer substances. The advantages of performing such a clinker are: decrease of sintering temperature for the raw mix with 70oC, decreasing of fuel consumption and, implicitly, decreasing of CO2 emissions. The cement obtained with such a clinker has initial and final strengths more than of the cement obtained from clinker without mineralizers.
- CEMENT WITH SCREENING CAPACITY OF GAMMA RADIATIONS
no. 130240/30.03.2017
The patent is subject to a special Portland cement, with addition of barite, with screening capacity of gamma radiations. The cement is obtained by concomitant grinding, in different proportions, of the clinker of Portland cement (with characteristics according to SR EN 197-1) with barite and gypsum up a fineness expressed by Blaine specific surface of about 3500 cm2/g. Linear coefficient for gamma radiation decreasing is with 4…14.5% higher than that of Unitary Portland cement.
